resources specified by URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files), time of the request, time of sending the response, client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol, information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction, URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in case the transition to the Service occurred through a link, information about the user’s browser,information about the IP address, diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through recorders on the website, information related to the handling of email directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:

-authorized employees and collaborators who use data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation

-companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator

  1. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be processed for longer than necessary for activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). In the case of marketing data, they will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to object to the processing mentioned in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. The right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially the establishment, investigation, or defense of legal claims.
  2. Complaints about the actions of the Administrator can be submitted to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.
  4. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken with respect to you to provide services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
  5. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that they are not transferred outside the European Union territory.

Information in Forms

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. In some cases, the service may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the url address of the page containing the form.
  3. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose arising from the specific form function, e.g., to process a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for website administration.

 

Important Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service operator but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
